Born from a community, built for a community
As-Suffa Tours began as a natural extension of As-Suffa Trust’s community work in Birmingham. The Trust was founded with the mission to bring benefit to people — through education, relief, and spiritual development — and it became clear that providing affordable, high-quality guided pilgrimages was part of that mission.
What started as a small group Umrah grew over a decade into a fully managed travel operation running multiple departures each year: Umrah packages from Birmingham, Al-Aqsa trips to Jerusalem, and educational journeys to destinations like Andalusia. Every surplus generated is reinvested into the Trust’s wider charitable work.
We are not a commercial travel agency. We are a charity-run operation led by people who have made these journeys themselves, who understand what pilgrims need, and who are accountable to the community they serve.

We do this for the right reasons. Every decision — from hotel selection to pricing — is made with the pilgrim's wellbeing and spiritual experience in mind, not commercial gain.

Tours is one part of a much wider mission
As-Suffa Trust (Charity No. 1140024) is a Birmingham-based registered charity founded in 2012. Its work spans Islamic education, youth development, community provision, humanitarian relief (including international aid to Gaza, Syria and other crisis regions), and travel. The name ‘As-Suffa’ refers to the companions of the Prophet ﷺ who dedicated themselves to knowledge and worship — a reminder of the values that underpin everything the Trust does.
As-Suffa Tours exists to serve the community, not to profit from it. When you book a trip with us, any surplus beyond operating costs is returned to the Trust’s charitable activities. You travel; others benefit.
