Pay a deposit (£250 for Umrah, £100 for Al-Aqsa) on the tour page and your place is held immediately. You’ll receive an email with login details to our booking portal, where you can manage your booking, upload documents, and track your status.
Yes. After your deposit, you can set up a monthly instalment plan for the balance. Payments are collected automatically via GoCardless — nothing more is needed from you.
Bank transfer (preferred — zero fees), GoCardless, PayPal, and Stripe. Bank transfer instructions and your unique booking reference are shown immediately after booking.
Yes. Solo travellers are paired with same-gender travellers in a triple or quad room. If we can’t find a match, you’ll receive a full refund. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
Yes, in line with our refund policy. If we can’t match a solo traveller, or if a tour you’ve saved towards doesn’t suit you when it launches, you’ll receive a full refund. For confirmed bookings, refund terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
